Having launched in October, Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2021 has captured the pulse of music lovers and the talented contestants seem to be winning more and more hearts with each passing week. Viewers of the show are in for a special treat this weekend as the star cast of the film ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ – superstar Salman Khan, Aayush Sharma and the beautiful Mahima Makwana will be seen as special guests on the show.
During this episode, Snighdajit Bhowmik and Aravind Nair gave a spectacular performance to one of Salman Khan’s most popular songs ‘Pehla Pehla Pyar Hain’ and ‘Oh Oh Jane Jaana’. Impressed by their performance, Salman Khan got nostalgic and shared an interesting anecdote about the song ‘Oh Oh Jane Jaane’ saying how this song was rejected several times before he decided to use it in his movie ‘Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya’.
Salman mentioned, “I had this song on a CD for almost 6 years and was rejected by many big music companies at that point in time. I loved the song so much that I decided to use it for my upcoming film of that time ‘Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya’ and told Sohail that we should use this song for our movie.”
He further added, “We were shooting in Madh Island at that time for this song, and our dress designer was Vikram Phadnis at that time. I had gained muscle at that time and the shirt that he had designed for me was fitting like a blouse on me. We had to send it back to get it fixed but it was taking a lot of time, that’s when I asked Sohail if we should shoot this song without a shirt. Sohail wasn’t very sure but then when we saw it on the monitor, he said let’s do it and that’s how we shot for this song shirtless.”
While Salman’s revelations will leave you surprised, wait till you hear the mesmerizing performances by our talented contestants. In fact, Sanjana and Neelanjana’s soulful rendition of songs like ‘Kahe Toh Se Sajna’ and ‘Tere Naam Humne Kiya Hai’ cannot be missed!
